Born Pretty Store: Winter stamping plates

 **Press Sample**

Happy Saturday my lovely fairies; I hope you have all had a good week and are keeping well. We have our last week of home schooling coming up and then FREEDOM! LOL. Lexi is super excited to go back to school and see all her friends. My post for Tonight is two pretty stamping plates sent to me for review from Born Pretty Store. Read on to find out more...

I have always been a big fan of the plates from the Born Pretty Store and these are definitely no exception they are some great plates for this time of year and you could create so many awesome designs from each of them.

Nicole Diary Christmas 197

The first look I have to show you was actually what I wore for Christmas day, I used a pastel yellow creme for my base polish from B. Love plates. I then stamped on various images from the Christmas plate to create a more vintage antique Christmas look. All of the images except for my ring finger were coloured in using the advanced stamping technique and with a very thin detail brush.

This plate is covered in lots of singular images for the holidays, there are definitely plenty of looks you could up with using this one. Each singular image varies in size but they would easily fit on both long and shorter nails. The images are etched really nicely and picked up onto the stamper without any issues. #50886

The next plate definitely has some great images for Winter and if you are a penguin or polar bear lover then this one is for you. For this many I first popped on a white base coat and then used the stamper to make a marble out of different coloured blues for me ring and pinkie nails. For the stamping I used the full nail penguin image, I coloured in there little beaks with an orange polish and then stamped them straight onto my nail.

With this plate being so incredibly cute I had to show you at least two different looks, lots more I want to try in the future though. So for the next mani I used a really gorgeous polish from UK indie Wikkid polish called 'Portia' a beautiful holographic blue to purple multi-chrome. I then stamped on those geometric polar bears and used the cute lil polar bear on my ring finger which I filled in using the advanced stamping method.

Like I mentioned this plate is full of so many cute fun little images, it has 5 full nail images and then a bunch of singular images too. You can mix and match a lot of these and I definitely wanna try and do some more. All the images are etched well and picked up without any problems. #48009

Overall two beautiful stamping plates that you will definitely be able to use for multiple mani's. Both of these plates are available at the Born Pretty Store and you can get 10% off all non sale items using my code KHDB10. Thank you to Born Pretty Store for sending me these plates to review.

I would love to know your thoughts on these plates?? What sort of nail art would you come up with, and what colour combos would go well with the images?? Let me know down in the comments.
