Vegan Beauty Cosmetics Swatch Box- Swatch & Review
Hello, my lovely readers, I hope you all have had a really lovely weekend. I am happy to say my search for warm Christmas jumper's went well, and I have plenty to keep me going throughout the next few wintry months. As you probably know 3 days ago was black Friday and let's just say I have plenty of nail mail on its way to me. Speaking of nail mail, I recently purchased a swatch box from Vegan Beauty Cosmetics a brand new UK indie brand on the block. So let's take a closer look at the seven polishes she sent me (warning this post is quite picture heavy.)
Inside my swatch box, I received seven of her newly released polishes, they all had a similar formula and were very easy to work with.
The first polish is called Royal this is a beautiful deep purple with a blue shimmer running throughout. A lot of these polishes looked slightly metallic to me, it took 3 coats to be fully opaque but each layer dried really fast so that wasn't an issue. It had an easy to work with formula, no flooding of the cuticles and didn't stain.
Sapphire is a cobalt blue with a light blue shimmer, this also took 3 coats and had a super fast drying time.
Burnt Rose is a bright red with a gold shimmer, this one is perfect for the holidays and a great polish for all of those Christmas party's coming up. This also took 3 coats to be fully opaque, easy to apply and dried fast.
Cindy is a beautiful light blue metallic, a really love this one it reminds me of ice and snow for some reason. This took 3 coats to be fully opaque, was quick drying and easy to apply.
Emerald is a light teal green metallic, this is another great polish for the holidays. Another easy to apply polish, 3 coats for full opacity and fast drying.
Midnight is a stunning black metallic with a very subtle silver shimmer, this takes 2 coats to reach full opacity. The formula was lovely to work with and also dried fast, I really like this one it is a great base for nail art and would look gorgeous for new years eve.
The last polish I have to show you is Princess, this is a beautiful light pink with a gold shimmer. Another 3 coater with an easy to apply formula, and fast drying time.
Overall I really liked the polishes from Vegan Beauty Cosmetics, most of them were 3 coaters but they did dry really quickly and I had no issues with application. The bottles I was sent were mini's so they do have a smaller brush which may be why they took that extra coat.
As I mentioned Vegan Beauty Cosmetics are a brand new UK indie brand, the creator is the lovely Effiena. All of her polishes are 5 free, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. You can purchase all of these products from her Etsy store in 12ml bottle for £5, I will leave a link for the store down below along with her social media accounts. At the moment she only ships to the UK, sorry to all you overseas ladies. She did give me a discount code to share with all my lovely followers. Use FAIRYNAILS10 when you spend £5 or more to get a 10% discount on your order.
I hope you have liked this post, I would love to know which of the polishes is your favourite? As always have a fantastic nail day and I will chat to you wonderful people again soon.
