Lina Nail Art Supplies Make Your Mark 01- Swatch & Review

Hello, my lovely readers, I hope you have all had a nice week. Nothing eventful going on at the Fairytalesnails household. Spent most of my week trying to teach Lexi her numbers, she is such a stubborn child and refuses to say the number one. So in Lexi's world it goes zero, two, three (LOL) there is no one apparently. I recently picked up some of the new Lina Nail Art Supplies stamping plates, and I think it is safe to say that I am in love. So today's post will be a review of Make Your Mark 01.

These plates are amazing, I especially love Make Your Mark 01. I have been using it all the time recently to create loads of different looks. It is the perfect stamping plate if you are looking for images to create the perfect splatter mani, or a really grungy looking design. The possible combinations are endless with this plate.

For this mani I used 3 different Picture Polish polishes for a recent nail art contest. I first did a gradient on all my nails using Bluebird and Gala and then I made advanced stamping decals with the beautiful delicate flower image from the plate. I coloured these in using Spring, I was really happy with the finished effect and the flowers stamped so beautifully.

For my second manicure using the plate I chose to stamp the beautiful zig zaggy chevron pattern onto all my nails. Again fantastic pickup and stamps so crisply. My base polish is Pretty Perfect Polish Daiquiri, which I reviewed in my previous post.

Another image I could not resist and will probably be using again is the stunning graffiti style butterflies. This image is so gorgeous and it stamped perfectly. Even the very small details of each butterfly picked up first time. My base polish for this one is Pretty Perfect Polish Eye of the Tiger, it worked really well with the black butterflies.

The final nail look I created using this plate and probably my favourite, are these splatter nails. Again the images picked up really well and I had no issues, I stamped using Mundo De Unas white and Born Pretty Store lilac stamping polish. My base polish for this mani was Nine Zero Lacquer's January 2016, this polish is so stunning and the perfect base for the look I was going for.

As I said this plate has so many images that can create hundreds of different manicure looks. There are both full and single images on the plate, the plate measures 14.5cm by 9.5cm the same as Uber Chic plates. The full-size images measure 2.2cm by 1.7cm, so they are good for both short and long nails. I had no issues with picking up any of the images and they stamp so crisply.

Overall I am really impressed with these stamping plates, they have some really unique images and pick up is fantastic. I bought this plate from Alex at Nail Artisan for £12.25, she is one of the UK's suppliers, but you can also get these from Nail Art UK. Another option is to get them direct from the Lina Nail Art Supplies website. I will leave links to both the Lina site down below as well as their social media, I will also pop the link for Nail Artisan and Nail Art UK down there too for all of you UK ladies.

I would love to know what your thoughts are on these plates? Have you picked any up? I will definitely be buying some more, her new releases for Valentines Day and Spring look like a must have to me. As always have a fantastic nail day and I will chat to all you wonderful people again soon.
