Born Pretty Store: Christmas Nail Powders

*Press Sample*
Welcome back lovelies, it has been far too long since I updated pretty much everywhere. The Christmas season was busier than I expected and with my brother's wedding coming next week I haven't had much time to just sit and write up a post, let alone do my nails. But I want to share these powders with you, even though Christmas has been and gone. So let's take a look.

I was recently sent these beautiful glitter pigment powders to share with you from Born Pretty Store. It is a set of 3 Christmas coloured pigments that you could always use at other times of year too.

The Red

I layered the red over a black base which gave it a really deep dark red vibe, I really liked this one it went onto the nail nicely and smoothed out well. You do have to use quite a lot of the powder to make sure all your nails are coated evenly.

The Green

This was layered over a white base and was definitely really shiny and bright on the nail. I did have issues with getting a smooth mirror look with this one, may have been my application though. It definitely is a fabulous green for Christmas or even Spring.

The Gold

The final powder in the set was this beautiful bright gold, I also layered this over a white base. This one went on nicely and covered the nail well without having to use too much of the product.

Overall these powders were really nice to work with, they are more on the glittery side so they do get absolutely everywhere. Each pot of powder comes 0.2g of product, so you will get a few mani's out of the pots.

This set is available now on the Born Pretty Store for £1.99, so definitely a great bargain for some lovely powders.

Don't forget you can use KHDB10 for 10% off all fully priced products.

Would love to know what you think of these powders? Let me know down in the comments.

As always I hope you enjoyed this post and I will chat to you all again in 2018. Have a safe and Happy New Year my lovelies.
