For The Love Of Polish Box: Great British Bake Off

 Hello my lovely fairies; it seems no matter how hard I try I am always falling behind. But I am super excited to share this post with you today. I recently picked up the September box from For The Love of polish and wanted to share these beauties with you as soon as I could. Read on to find out more...


For those of you who don't know, For The Love Of Polish is a month subscription box where Polished for Days, Pahlish and a guest maker get together and make three stunning polishes inspired by that months theme. The theme for September was Great British Bake Off which is one my fave TV shows to watch so I knew I had to grab this box. Let's see the beautiful polishes included in the box.

Polished for Days Showstopper


'Showstopper' has a beautiful purple jelly base packed with orange to yellow to green iridescent flakies. Shown is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. Lovely formula to apply and that shift is really apparent in different lighting.

Pahlish Star Baker


'Star Baker' has a bright pink jelly base with iridescent flakes and shimmers and a scattering of holo flakies. Shown is 3 coats plus a glossy top coat. Again formula lovely to work with and it really built up nicely on that third coat.

Rogue Lacquer Nobody Likes a Soggy Bottom


'Nobody Likes a Soggy Bottom' Rogue Lacquer was this months guest maker this has a mint green crelly base with blue, pink and purple UCC flakies. Shown is 2-3 coats plus a glossy top coat. Formula applied really nicely and levelled out well.

My final thoughts on the box are that I loved it! The colour choices and finished were a lovely array to choose from. The names were really great choices and worked so well for the theme of the box. Overall very pleased I picked this one up. 

The For the Love Of Polish Box goes on pre order around the beginning of each month it is $30 for the box + shipping. I didn't have any issues with added customs charges which is always an added bonus it took about 3 weeks to reach me.
