Spring Fling UK Indie Box-Swatch & Review

Hello my lovely readers! I hope you have all had a fab weekend, it was my 7 year Anniversary so I had a lovely night in with my boyfriend whilst my Mum watched Lexi at her house. A very chilled and relaxing weekend, I also used my free time to swatch these 3 beautiful polishes that came in the Spring Fling indie box. This is an all UK indie brand box, 3 fabulous UK indie brands collaborated to come up with this really unique box for Spring.

The 3 brands that came together to create this box are 'Ard As Nails, Danglefoot nail polish and Luna Loves Lacquer. Inside the box we had 3 unique limited edition polishes and a hand cream from Soap Dodger who also own 'Ard As Nails. It came in some lovely packaging and the polishes were well secured on their journey.

The polish from 'Ard As Nails is called Blushed, this is a terracotta linear holographic, it takes two coats to get full opacity. The holo in this polish is quite subtle but it has a easy to work with formula just like all the other 'Ard As Nails polishes I have tried. I am not quite sure about this polish on my skin tone, for some reason any shade of orange makes me look deathly pale.

The polish from Danglefoot is called Moonriver, this is a stunning sky blue crelly with holographic flakies, it also has a slight pink shimmer but it only shows up in certain lighting. It takes two coats to be fully opaque and was an easy formula to work with. I love this colour so I knew straight away I would love this polish, my Auntie also liked it so I spent part of my Sunday painting her nails with this polish.

The last polish in the Spring Fling box was from a brand I have been wanting to try for quite some time. this is called Mariposa from Luna Loves Lacquer. Luna Loves Lacquer is created by Elaine De Vries (Elaine Nails) who I have been watching on Youtube for quite some time. This gorgeous polish is a light lilac linear holo with flakies that change colour in different lighting. I managed to get this polish fully opaque in 2 coats, and the formula was really easy to apply. I definitly want to try some more polishes from this brand, as they are always very unique and pretty.

The last item in the box was this Soap Dodger hand cream, this is called butter love hands. The fragrance I received in my box is Kelieher's Karma, the scent is more floral to me than anything else. It has quite a thick consistency but when applied to the hands doesn't leave them greasy and soaks into the skin quickly. I definitly look forward to using this each night before getting into bed as I have been suffering from dry skin lately.

This was the first box from these three creators and I think they are planning to do more in the future. The full price of the Spring Fling box was £25 including shipping, for 3 full sized polishes and a hand cream product I feel it was definitly worth the money. I really do hope they make more of these collaborated boxes in the future and I look forward to seeing what else each brand can come up with.

I will leave links for all 3 Indie makes down below so you can go have a look at all of their great products.
