26 Great Nail Art Idea's- Work Appropriate Nail Art

Welcome back peeps, TGIF, this week has dragged so much. I'm not completely sure why but time has been going at a snail's pace this week. The weather here in the UK has no clue what it is doing, one day it's sunny and hot next it's snowing, really wish it would make its mind up. So for today's post, we have another addition to the Crumpet's Nail Tarts 26 Great Nail Art Idea's challenge. This time the prompt was Work Appropriate Nail Art so let's take a look.

Not sure if these are work appropriate, but I would definitely wear them in an office environment. For the base colour, I used a beautiful Powder Perfect polish and I used a new to me brand for the stamping.

Unconditional Love

This beauty from Powder Perfect polish is called Unconditional Love from their The Haven collection, it is a very light lavender linear holographic. This had a lovely formula and was fully opaque in 2 coats. Its such a light colour I definitely think you could get away with wearing this in a work environment

I then stamped using a What's Up Nails stamping plate B018, this is a new to me brand and I was really impressed with the etching and pick up of this plate. I will have a full review for this plate along with more manicures and swatches, up on my blog soon. The UK supplier for these plates is Nail Art UK, and they are available now.

To finish off my design I did top coat with the Zoya Matte Velvet Top Coat, spoiler alert! I received this in April's Meebox. A full unboxing and review of the box will be posted on Monday. This softened the look and made it slightly more work friendly.

I would love to know your thoughts, would you wear this to work? Let me know down in the comments, as always everyone else's lovely mani's will be in the In-Linkz down below.

Have a fabulous weekend lovelies, and I will chat to you all again soon.

  10. Gorgeous and very apt for church or a wedding. The colours are almost what I went for & then I remembered that I don't strictly have a code for nail colour and went all out! Love your stamping here, that image is gorgeous and I can't imagine it would work so well with some detail in a decal.
