All Gels Gel Polish- Swatch & Review

*Press Sample*
Hello, my lovely readers, that weekend went way too fast for me. There was no Sunday roast this time, so I am going through withdrawals at the moment LOL. I hope you all had a nice relaxing weekend. Today's post is a first for me, I was recently contacted by a company called All Gels to try some of their gel polishes. I have never actually used Gel polish before, so this was a great learning experience. Let's jump in and take a look!

The nice people at All Gels sent me one of their soak-off glitter gel polishes, base coat and top coat. Luckily my boyfriend had brought me a LED lamp last Christmas, so it was a great time to give it a go.

First I applied the base coat they provided me and then the gel polish, I did find this polish to be a bit sheer but I expect that with a glitter. I cured under my lamp for 30 seconds between each layer, in the swatch picture I did 3 coats to get the effect. You can see a slight nail line with this one so it might be better as a topper. I then top coated all the nails with the All Gels no wipe top coat, I really enjoyed the process.

My LED lamp is from the Ciate Geltox Kit, it was picked up from TKMaxx a few years ago. I found it really easy to use and the light goes off automatically after 30 seconds. Overall I really liked the All Gels gel polish, I may have gotten on a bit better with a creme formula for my first try. But I really liked the whole process and would definitely want to try using more Gel polishes in the future. The price per bottle is £4.99, they have lots of different colours and finishes to choose from as well as selling LED lamps. They do ship worldwide, it is free shipping for delivery in the UK and prices vary for Europe and the rest of the world. I will leave the link to All Gels store and their social media down below.

I would love to know what your thoughts are? Do you use Gel? and if so do you have any tips for a newbie just dipping her toes in the gel polish world. As always let me know down in the comments.

Have a fantastic nail day guys and I will chat to you wonderful people again soon.

  4. I've only tried gel twice, but my nails must be gel-resistant, because both time the polish literally fell of within a week, haha :) Like, an entire nail worth of polish just slid off in one big nail-shaped chunk lol!

    1. Did you buff your nails and wipe them with alcohol before applying the gel? Any natural oils on your nails could cause the gel not to last as long!

    2. Oh dear, I didn't wear this long enough for a wear test really x
