Alphabet Swatchathon- Above The Curve Fallen Angel 2.0
Hello, my lovelies, I hope you have all been having a good week so far. We have hit hump day again which means another Alphabet Swatchathon post. This time we have Above The Curve, I recently picked this polish up in a destash. So let's take a closer look!
Above the Curve is an American indie brand, I can't seem to find any recent collections or polishes from them. So they may have closed down, the polish I have to show you today is called Fallen Angel 2.0.
Fallen Angel 2.0 is a charcoal grey linear holographic with bright blue micro glitters. This was on the sheer side and did take 3 coats to build up to full opacity. It was slightly runny which did make it hard not to flood my cuticle line. Once it was fully opaque I did really like the colour and the holo does stand out nicely, I loved the addition of the blue glitters it made this unique from the other charcoal linear holo's I have tried.
Overall I really liked this polish however, the formula was slightly tricky to work with and it did chip within the 1st 24 hours. It is a shame the company isn't open any more as I would have liked to try more of their polishes. This is the only one I own from this brand, I am really enjoying this series and trying polishes that would normally sit in my helmer untried.
I would love to know what you think of this polish? Let me know down below. As always have a fantastic nail day my lovely readers and I will chat to you all again soon.
