Uber Chic Beauty Fairytale 02- Swatch & Review

Welcome back lovelies, this week seems to have dragged quite a bit. I think that is mostly because for half of it I've had hardly any sleep, thank you Lexi. Although she has been helping me design my mani's recently and I must say she has really good idea's even though she mostly wants princesses and cute animals. So for today's post I have a review of the new Uber Chic Fairytale 02 plate, all of these designs are a Lexi original ;)

This plate as you can imagine is filled with plenty of cute fairytale images, the cute little frog is definitely the first thing that caught my eye when it was released.

The first mani I did was this Evil Queen inspired stamping, the base is Heroine NYC Sublime and for the stamping I used Esmaltes Da Kelly as well as Mundo De Unas gold. The apple and the tree are from fairytale 02 and 'It's good to be Queen' as well as the crown are from fairytale 01. I really liked how these came out and how the stamping popped off the neon lime green base.

Next i just had to use that adorable frog, Lexi got quite upset when he had to come off. The base polish is Moo Moo's Signatures Devil Bunny in the House, a stunning teal linear holographic with a pink shimmer and red flakies. This was fully opaque in 2 coats and a gorgeous colour for this time of year. The stamping is all from Fairytale 02, and I filled the frog in with Heroine NYC Sublime.

I couldn't not use these gorgeous Alice in Wonderland inspired images for my next mani, they worked really well over the neon gradient using Heroine NYC polishes. This mani is dedicated to my amazingly crazy future sister in law who is a total Wonderland fanatic.

The last mani is another one requested by Lexi, we watched Cinderella for the first time this weekend and now she is slightly obsessed. The base polish is from Danglefoot nail polish its called Barbie's Hangover, the perfect polish for a Princess mani. This is a bright raspberry pink with a gold shimmer, perfect in 2 coats and lovely to apply. I then stamped the images from Fairytale 02 and used Esmaltes Da Kelly Ringo for her dress and Andromeda for the glass slipper.

This plate is really beautiful and a good addition to the Fairytale series, all of the images stamped beautifully and were nice and crisp. The plate is 14.5cm by 9.5cm and the full size images are 2.1cm by 1.7cm so it is perfect for long and short nails. All of the images are perfect representations of fairytale characters and I love the little quotes Uber Chic add to their plates.

I purchased my plate from Alex at Nail Artisan for £12.25 but it is also available from UK suppliers Rainbow Connection and Nail Art UK as well as ordering from Uber Chic direct. I will leave links below to Uber Chic as well as their social media so you can go look at their fabulous collection.

I would love to know which one of these mani's is your favourite? Also what fairytale do you love most? I always go for Cinderella as I have loved it since I was little.

Thank you for reading lovelies, I hope you have a fabulous weekend and I will see you back here on Monday.
