Models Own Autumn 2017 Collection Part 1- Swatch & Review

*Press Sample*
Welcome back my lovelies, I hope you all had a really nice weekend. I am really excited to share today's post with you, the awesome people at Models Own recently sent me their ten piece Autumn collection which is releasing on November 3rd. As there are 10 polishes I have split it into two halves so that each post doesn't get too long. Part 2 will be up tomorrow. So let's take a look at some of these new autumnal shades.

The first half of the Autumn collection are some gorgeous nude autumnal shades that all dry to a semi-matte finish. I am not normally a huge fan of nudes but I really loved how these looked against my skin tone.

Flat Out

The first polish is a pink toned nude, if i wear to go for a mannequin hand look then this would be the polish that would be closest to my skin tone. Fully opaque in 2 coats and beautiful to apply, all of the polishes dry to a semi-matte finish and it doesn't take long for each coat to dry.

Gorge Peach

Next up is this peach toned nude, this would look so amazing on those with a darker skin tone or if you had a tan. I found this was opaque in 2-3 coats, some nails needed that extra coat just to cover some bald spots. Another really easy formula to work with and dries to that gorgeous semi-matte finish.

Teeming Taupe

This is such a gorgeous polish for Autumn Teeming Taupe is a Taupe creme which is fully opaque in just 1 coat. If you do thinner coats you may need 2 but you can definitely get away with just the 1, another lovely formula to work with and dries fast.

Profuse Pink

This is probably my favourite out of the nude toned shades, this is Profuse Pink a gorgeous light toned pink. This takes 2-3 coats to be fully opaque and is a great colour for all those pink lovers out there.

Packed Pink

The final polish from part 1 is Packed Pink this is a pink with a lot of purple popped in there, it definitely runs that thin line between pink and lilac. This again has a lovely formula and is opaque in 2-3 coats.

I am not normally a huge nude toned polish person but i was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked these polishes. All of them apply really nicely, dry to a semi-matte finish and compliment my skin tone. These are available now from the Models Own Trinity Leeds and Stratford Westfield Stores, they will be released online on the 3rd of November. Each polish will be priced at the usual £4.99 for a 14ml bottle, each bottle also has a gorgeous matte finish cap which helps distinguish them from the rest of the Models Own range. I will leave links to the Models Own website and their social media down below.

I would love to know your thoughts on this collection?? Part 2 will be posted tomorrow, featuring some gorgeous darker jewel toned shades that are perfect for Autumn.

Thank you to the lovely people at Models Own for sending me these for review. I hope you all enjoyed this post and see you back here tomorrow for part 2.
