Meebox: Wild Thing Unboxing & Review

Welcome back guys, I hope you all had a really great weekend. We had weather in the 30's so ours was spent relaxing and enjoying the sun. Today's post is an unboxing and review for last months Meebox, read on to find out more...

This time the theme was Wild Side and this box was an indie takeover which made it very hard to resist. The box consisted of 3 exclusive indies from 3 UK indies, a fast dry top coat as well as a set of tiger print vinyls and some nail art brushes.

'Ard As Nails Siberian Sunset

The first polish is from 'Ard As Nails this is 'Siberian Sunset' a thermal polish that changes from a pastel orange when warm and then a bright yellow when cold. This took 2-3 coats to be fully opaque and had a dusting of micro glitters running through out. The formula was really nice to work with and the transition between the two colours was really pretty.

Wikkid Polish Forest

The next polish is from another fabulous indie Wikkid Polish, this is 'Forest' a gorgeous dark green with a bright green shimmer. This was completely opaque in 2 coats but could easily pass with just the 1. The formula was fab to work with and that shimmer translated beautifully from the bottle to the nail. I definitely need to pick up some more of this brand after my holiday's are out of the way.

Prism Polish Drogon

The final polish in this months box is from Prism Polish another amazing UK indie that is a must try. This is 'Drogon' a deep purple jelly base with pink shimmer that shift to green, this was also opaque in 2 coats and had a really nice formula.

Glisten & Glow Top Coat

One of the little extra's this month was the Glisten & Glow fast dry top coat, all of my swatches have been taken using this. This is by far my favourite top coat to use for both plain swatches and stamping as it does not smudge and works quickly. This can be picked up from UK supplier Rainbow Connection for £7.20.

Caution Vinyls

The second little extra in the box are these tiger stripe vinyls from Caution Vinyls, I hadn't hear of this shop before. But the vinyls seem life they will be easy to lift of the paper. These are priced at £1.60.

Edge Nails Nail Art Brushes

The final extra in the box were these two nail art brushes from Edge Nails, there is one fan brush and one liner brush. These will come in handy for any free hand nail art I might try in the future. Each of these brushes are priced at £3.25 each.

Overall I was very pleased with this box I love trying UK indies and all of the polishes had a really nice formula. The extra's worked really well for this box and I was super pleased to see the Glisten & Glow top coat in there too.

For those of you who don't know Meebox is a nail subscription service that is now available internationally so its not just us UK girls that get to enjoy this box anymore. There are various price plans so you can choose one that will suit you, for more information click the link to be sent to the Meebox website.

I would love to know your thoughts on this months box?? Let me now down in the comments. Hope to see you back here later this week, plenty more nail goodies to share with you all.
