Sparklea Nail Polish: Harry Potter Polishes

Good evening my lovelies, I hope you all had a really nice weekend. I had a really fun time playing frisbee golf yesterday and a yummy picnic with the family. Today's blog post features one of my favourite things Harry Potter!! So read on to see these beautiful polishes from Sparklea Nail Polishes...

As I am sure you are all aware by now I love all things Harry Potter so when the lovely Lea the lady behind Sparklea nail polish made some new ones to add to her collection I just had to pick them up.

Lumos

The first polish is 'Lumos' as I am sure all you potter-heads know is the spell to create light, this is a gorgeous light gold holo flakie polish. Shown in my swatch is 2 coats with a glossy top coat. Formula was nice to work with and applied nicely, no issues with any flakies sticking up.

Nox

The next polish is the opposite to Lumos, this is 'Nox' the spell to extinguish light, this is a beautiful black jelly with holo flakes. Shown is 3 coats plus glossy top coat. Again formula was really nice to work with and applied smoothly.

History Of Magic

The third polish I have to share with you is 'History Of Magic' this is a stunning pink to gold holographic duo chrome. Shown in my swatch pics is 2 coats plus glossy top coat. Formula was really nice on this one and it was very close to being a 1 coater.

The Knight Bus

The final polish I have to show you is 'The Knight Bus' this is named after the awesome invisible bus that helps those stranded witches or wizards. This is a really pretty deep purple with a blue/pink/purple shimmer. Show is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. This one would look really pretty with a matte top coat and formula was lovely to work with.

Overall four fabulous Harry Potter polishes from Sparklea Nail Polish, unfortunately 3 of these polishes are sold out now. But 'Lumos' is still available on the Sparklea website for £7 plus postage. Make sure you keep an eye out for any future Harry Potter releases as Lea is always adding to the collection.

I would love to know which one of these is your favourite? Its a really tough choice for me, I think that History of Magic has a beautiful shift and the holo just makes it irresistible.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and I will see you back here later this week with some pretty A England polish swatches.
