Born Pretty Watermarble Stamping Plate- Swatch & Review

*Press Sample*

Hello, my lovely readers, we are at the end of yet another week and nearly into that spooky but so much fun month October. I have all of my Halloween stamping plates out on top of my desk ready to go, can you tell I am a tad excited. For today's post. I have another Born Pretty stamping plate to review for you, this was recently sent to me and I must admit it was so much fun trying to create manicures using this one. This plate is a watermarble themed plate, it can create the look of a watermarble without the mess. Let's jump in!

As I mentioned this plate has so many beautiful images you really are spoilt for choice. It is one of Born Pretty's larger plates and has singular images that will fit the whole nail, there is also that beautiful watermarble swirl in the corner that if used properly will look stunning.

For my first manicure. I used Danglefoot Nail Polish Love You Berry Much as my base, if you wanted to see full swatches of this polish I have them up in my previous post

To create this look I used Born Pretty Silver stamping polish and the star image on my middle and ring nail. Both of these colours went really well together, the stamp picked up perfectly first try and I had no problems placing the image on the nail.

As you can see it looks like the middle of the star didn't pick up properly but that was my fault as I hesitated when stamping the image onto the nail. To finish this manicure off and tie it all together I used some of my HK top coat to apply to silver star gems near my cuticle.

For my second manicure, I couldn't resist the beautiful watermarble heart image at the bottom of the plate. My base is just a plain black creme polish from Pretty Serious called Absence, just 1 coat to be fully opaque.

I used the pastel purple and blue stamping polish from Born Pretty for the stamping these stamping amazingly over black, I tried to do it so one side of the heart was purple and the other blue. I did this by placing one blob of purple and blue at the top of the heart image then used my scraper and scraped towards me. To finish the whole look off and give it that extra bit of sparkle I added some Fairy Dust from China Glaze.

I really love this plate from Born Pretty, it does the perfect job at creating the watermarble look without actually diving into the water. A watermarble mani was on my list of new years resolutions, so I still need to tackle it before the year is out.

This plate can be brought from the Born Pretty store website for $2.99 with free shipping worldwide. Don't forget you can use my 10% discount KHDB10 on all non-discounted items, I will leave all of the links to the Born Pretty store and social media down below.

What are your thoughts on this plate? I would love to know what mani ideas you have for the Born Pretty watermarble plate. Big thank you again to Born Pretty for sending me this plate for review.

As always have a fabulous nail day and I will chat to all you wonderful people again soon. Septembers Meebox coming soon...
