Ard As Nails Hashtag Collection- Swatch & Review

Hello, my lovely readers, I hope you have all had a lovely relaxing weekend. Mine was spent with family as per usual, can not start another week without having a Sunday roast at my Nan's house. For today's post I have a recent collection released by the UK indie brand called 'Ard As Nails, I did feature some of these polishes in my recent Born Pretty stamping mani's. But now it is time for these beauties to shine all on their own, so let's jump in!

This collection is beautiful there is a polish to suit everyone's individual taste and they are so easy to apply to the nail, all five polishes have really great formula's and were so much fun to wear and stare at.

The first polish in the collection is #Pop Your Cherry, this is a stunning wine red. I am not always a huge fan of reds but this one really stole my heart.

It is a stunning holographic polish with an easy to apply formula, this only took 1 coat to be fully opaque. I would say if you prefer thin coats you may want to go with 2, all of these polishes do dry down matte so you will need a good top coat to make them shine.

Next up is #Selfie, this is a gorgeous sea foam green holographic polish, it was easy to apply to the nail and built up really well.

This took 2 coats to be fully opaque, this is a great polish for Spring and Summer. I am a huge fan of these sea foam green colours at the moment. Makes me want to grab a book, my sunnies and jump on a train to go to the beach.

One of my favourites from this collection is #Legend, this is a beautiful purple holographic with a few drops of pink. You can not go wrong with that combo, this is a great colour for that point between Summer and Autumn.

This also took two coats to be opaque and went on the nail really smoothly and levelled out well. At certain angles you can see a beautiful blue flash going across the nails, definitely one of my favourites out of these five polishes.

The fourth polish in this collection is called #All The Books, this is a stunning blue holographic. As you all know by now I am a huge fan of blue on my nails so I was really loving this polish.

I honestly think this is a polish that can be worn all year round, this was another 2 coater polish and built up well on the nail.

The last polish in the Hashtag collection is #Angel, this is a light gold holographic polish. In all honest I am not a huge fan of gold against my skin tone. I just feel it washes me out and gold is not a very exciting colour for me. But this would be a lovely office toned polish, it has that beautiful holographic glitter but it's not in your face.

Again #Angel took 2 coats to reach full opacity and went on the nail smoothly. It was a really easy polish to apply, one of those polishes that applies itself pretty much.

Overall I loved this collection, there was definitely a shade to suit everyone and that beautiful holographic glitter takes them to that next level. The holo in these polishes wasn't bam in your face, so each one is great for an everyday nail look.

None of these polishes left any staining on my nail or cuticles once they were removed. When removing these they can be a little bit stubborn but not bad enough to use the foil method or anything like that, just takes a bit longer when removing them from the nail. As I said 'Ard As Nails is a UK indie brand, I have quite a few polishes from them now and I have not been disappointed in any of them, the formula is always lovely and easy to work with.

You can purchase the full Hashtag collection from the 'Ard As Nails website which I will link down below. You can get the full collection for £15 in the mini's (4.5ml), I think they are out of stock of the full size collection at the moment. Or you could purchase each shade individually for £3.50 per polish. All of their polishes are 5 free, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, unfortunately, at this time they can only ship inside the UK. Shipping is free on all nail polish products; if you buy some of their body and bath products you will need to pay shipping costs for those. I will leave all links to their website and social media accounts down below for you.

Let me know what you think about this collection, which one is your favourite? As always have a great nail day my lovelies and I will chat to you all again really soon.
