Welcome back everyone, we have hit another hump day on the downward slope to the weekend. Unfortunately my Nan and Gramps have gone away so no Sunday roast for me, at least that will help the diet I suppose. Ok so for today's post I have a new upcoming UK indie to share with you, so let's take a look at some of her Debut collection.

The debut collection will consist of 12 polishes, Nikki the owner sent me 4 of them to share with you guys. She is offering a beautiful range of colours in her first collection, my swatches are with a round bottle but she will be changing to a more square/rectangular bottle when she opens.

Penny Wonderful

The first polish I have to share with you is this beautiful copper penny metallic, this was fully opaque 2 coats. It was slightly brush strokey which is to be expected with this type of polish, it applied to the nail nicely and dried down fast. At first glance I didn't think I would like this one, but it is actually my favourite out of the 4 I tried.

Every Thorn Has Its Rose

The second polish was a lovely rose pink with a light pink shimmer. this did apply quite sheer and took 3 coats to be fully opaque. I didn't have any difficulties with application and it dried fast between coats. This is a lovely delicate polish that will work really well for the Spring and Summer months.

Vamptress

The third polish is this gorgeous vampy charcoal black with a silver shimmer, this required 3 coats to be fully opaque. This is a great polish for the upcoming winter, or if your wanting to wear a black but not a simple creme.

Perfect Peonies

The last polish is this gorgeous shimmery fuchsia, this was another 3 coater polish. It was sheer just like the last two but it also felt slightly thick, not hard to apply just thicker than the previous two polishes. This is another fabulous colour for the warmer months.

Overall I really enjoyed trying these polishes, its really nice that Nikki has so many lovely shades to choose from in her Debut collection. I am really looking forward to see what she can come up with in the future, there is no official launch date at the moment but I will update my post once one has been set. All of the polishes are 5-free and cruelty-free and vegan friendly, she will be offering full size 10ml bottles. I will leave links to their Instagram and Facebook pages below, so you can go check out the rest of the debut collection polishes.

Would love to know which one is your favourite?? I always love trying new brands, especially when they are home grown.

As always I hope you have a lovely day and I will chat to you all again soon.

  1. I love the color of these nail polishes. Although I wouldn’t use any, I will definitely suggest them to people who’d love to buy these.
