China Glaze: Xtra Stellar

 Hello my lovely fairies; hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe. Things are good here a few colds here and there, which was to be expected with the eldest now back at school. I can not believe we are already in October, the time is just flying by. Those of you who have been around for a while know I am a massive Halloween fan, this is one my favourite times of year. So when I saw the beautiful Xtra Stellar collection released from China Glaze for this years Halloween collection I snatched it up as quick as I possibly could. Read on to find out more about this out of this world collection...


If you are a Halloween lover and want some non traditional colours to celebrate the spook season then these beauties are perfect for you. This collection consists of 6 different polishes 1 holographic, 2 duo chromes, 2 shimmers and 1 matte finish. They all applied really nicely to the nail and made great bases for some Halloween mani's. 

Now Or Nova



Now Or Nova- is a gorgeous deep red with a copper shimmer, this one really shines from within and gives you that vampy look you need for this time of year. Shown is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. 



She's So Extra Terrestrial



She's So Extra Terrestrial- by far a favourite from the collection is this gorgeous turquoise holographic, this was so holo and so pretty I did not want to remove it. Swatch is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat.



Little Green Invaders



Little Green Invaders- a pretty green to copper duo chrome this is definitely one that will scream Halloween on your nails. Swatch is 3 coats plus a glossy top coat. 



Holee Shift!



Holee Shift!- this is a silver to purple to green multi chrome you can really see the shift on the nails especially when tilting them around, gotta love the name of this one too hehe. Swatch is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. 



Keep It Realm



Keep It Realm- a beautiful deep purple polish with a pinkish shimmer if you are loving your deep dark polishes then I can definitely recommend this one, and that shimmer adds a lovely depth to the overall look. Shown is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. 



Purpletonium



Purpletonium- a stunning bright violet with blue shimmer that dries to a matte finish, an absolute stand out for me and a firm favourite from the collection. Swatch is 2 coats. 



Did I love this collection? Yes! I really did, I loved the fun twist on the Halloween colours and each polish had a really nice formula to work with which is always a bonus. I purchased this collection from Whats Up Nails and it is also now available from Nail Polish Direct for £5.37 per polish. 

I would definitely recommend picking these up my top 3 would have to be Purpletonium, She's So Extra Terrestrial and Now or Nova. Let me know your thoughts on this collection??
