Painted Polish: At Sea: Rainbow Reef

For today’s post, I have some gorgeous reflective glitters from Painted Polish one of my favourite indies to share with you, they come in every colour of the rainbow. This is a six set of polish connection all with reflective glitters, which means that they are in your face blingy when exposed to sunlight or flash from a camera. Painted polish is a US in the brand all of the polishes are 5 free and cruelty free, all six of these polishes contain a reflective glitter which, when exposed to extreme light come alive with that gorgeous glittery shine. So let’s take a closer look.

Eat, Cray, Love

Eat, Cray, Love: is a bright Crayola red jelly base jam packed with silver and gold reflective glitters as well as micro holographic flakies. Swatch is 3 coats plus a glossy topcoat. This applied really smoothly to the nail and levelled out nicely. If you are a huge red lover than this is definitely one for you.

Shell we dance?

Shell we dance?: is a bright orange jelly base packed with those same silver and gold reflective glitters as well as micro holographic flakies. Swatch is 2 coats, plus a glossy topcoat. Again formula was lovely to work with and this is definitely a great orange to have as a staple colour in your glitter collection, gives me all those autumn and Halloween vibes.

Catch Sun Rays

Catch Sun Rays: is a bright yellow jelly base with the gold and silver reflective glitters and the micro holographic flakies. Swatch is 3 coats plus a glossy topcoat. This is such a gorgeous shade of yellow would work fantastically for a bee mani. 

Can’t Kelp Myself

Can’t Kelp Myself: is a grass green jelly base with the silver and gold reflective glitters, and the micro holographic flakies. Swatch is two coats, plus a glossy topcoat. Again, the formula was lovely to work with and it really is gorgeous went under that camera flash. you could definitely create some beautiful Christmas tree manis with this one. 

Lagoona Matata

Lagoona Matata: is a ocean blue jelly base, packed with those gold and silver reflective glitters, and the micro holographic flakies. Swatch is 2 coats, plus a glossy topcoat. Another absolutely gorgeous polish and a must have for all those who love a blue polish on their nails the sparkle with this one is super intense and great for the coming winter months.

Feelin’ Knotty

Feelin’ Knotty: is a royal purple jelly base, packed with those silver and gold reflective glitters, and the micro holographic flakies. Swatch is two coats, plus a glossy topcoat. This might be my favourite out of the collection as I am a huge sucker for purple and this one takes my breath away.

Another great collection from Painted Polish, all of these applied really nicely and levelled out well I didn’t have any issues with pooling or staining on the nail or on the cuticle. I would definitely recommend a good glossy topcoat with these ones as the glitters can dry to a bumpy finish, they will also be hard to remove, so you can use a peel off base coat or the foil glitter removal method.

These are available now from UK supplier, Rainbow Connection or you can get them directly from Painted Polish. I was super excited to see these on the nail and they definitely didn’t disappoint. Each polish is available now for £12, they are low in stock on rainbow connection so make sure you grab them before they are gone. I’m not sure if these will be restocked.
